What you'll do

As a Full Stack Engineer at our innovative startup, you'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling our credential management platform for physicians. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC.
  • Backend Development: Work with Prisma and MySQL to ensure robust data management and seamless integration with our frontend systems.
  • Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
  • Optimize: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Innovate: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and drive the adoption of modern technologies and best practices.
  • Security Focus: Ensure the application’s security and data integrity are maintained at the highest standards, given the sensitive nature of our user data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and active knowledge sharing within the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
